Welcome to my World of WINE!
This long awaited blog is a wonderful work in progress - it is a blog where I share and provide ideas, history, savvy, tips and process in this vast array of topic: Wine. The plan of getting it published had to be delayed as this is very important to me - it is a special project.
I have wanted to learn about wines and study it for many years now, as I have a love for *all things food* in the Wine & Restaurant world - I used (key word: used) to want to own a restaurant. I also worked for years in the lovely Food Service Industry as well...
I have long gotten rid of the "own my own restaurant" idea, but the wine knowledge and learning remained, so when I had the strong desire to actually start blogging, of course my Wine Blog emerged. Now on a shelf for over a year, I dust it off and begin a journey of sharing, fun and learning.
As with all of my work in writing & blogs: I write my own material and never ever copy. Where applicable, I actually use good old fashioned PAPER books to find material & insight and I actually read thru and re-write what I have learned! Yes, believe it, no Google for me...
This is the case for this very blog and with this hefty topic of *wine*...so much to read, so much to learn, so much to share!
